Name: Moodle

Category: Bovine

Element Type: Normal (no element)

Strong Against: Holy

Weak Against: Fighting, Darkness and Lightning

Found at: Beginner Grasslands - area 1

Basic concept description: A brown cow with sheep-like wool

In game description: The Moodle is the most docile giant lump of a mammal you can get. It's little furry tufts make it a cuddly cute farm pet and it also produces milk. It's a win win!

Nature / personality: A very gentle fat creature. They are good with kids so they make great pets. However, they are not very smart and so they are an easy target for new adventurers looking for something easy to kill. Lucky there are plenty to go around. The adult Moodle has finally grown its curly brown horns but it rarely uses them for combat. They are often used to get awkward apples, leaves and flowers out of trees and plants. They always watch to see if their young are behind them and cuddle up to them a lot.

Likes and Dislikes: Moodles like to eat grass like any grazing creature would although they like oats and apples even better. Their favourite food is a honeysuckle flower. They don't like them and their children being slaughtered by the passing beginner adventurers. oh well what can you do.

Background / History: Muddles and their parents the Moodles have been around for generations in the world of MEGA Craft (actual world name pending). They are the staple of any fair farm and provide good milk and wool. They can even make nice pets as they are very gentle and good with children. The Muddle was named when it was first discovered playing in a mud puddle but a lot of people believe it is due to their stupid nature. In ancient times it is said that they may have used to not have any wool on them and could be more aggressive in nature but most people don't believe this. Basically, an easy target for many generations.

Connected Monsters: The Moodle is an adult Muddle. The Muddle are its children and follow it around.

Detailed Location Description: Muddles and Moodles come from the Beginner Grasslands which your adventure starts in from my work in progress game MEGA Craft. The Grasslands are green with lush grass and small flowers with only a few small hills. A small river flows in the middle of the land splitting it into two. There are also some hidden grassy groves which creatures like to settle down in. The Moodles and Muddles generally wander around the flatter areas grazing and they rest wherever they are when they get tired, rarely moving from the same spot for their whole life unless the food runs out. We told you they were dumb.

Detailed Body Description: The adult Moodle has finally grown its curly brown horns but they are softer than they look. They have a big pot belly and a wide body under all that fluffy fur so they are overall great for cuddles. Their skin is thicker than their Muddle children but still rather soft for a creature of its type. Their body is a soft warm brown and their fur is a slight soft yellow.

Item Drops: wool, milk and possible curly horns (in concept as items are still being confirmed)

Creators Notes: Most of the things in this profile have been reused from a detailed profile of the creature on another website as it helps give all the good details needed. The creatures likes and dislikes may become relevant in the future for taming the creature if this feature is used in the final game. The more complex details of the creature may also be used in the game itself through the means of in game text books if the information is interesting enough and relevant to the proper development of the way the world is. Less important information will not be in the game itself.
